So here’s a book that was written for kids but got caught up in that whole post-Harry Potter, adult cross-over nonsense. I plumped for the children’s edition, cos I’m not ashamed. Here’s what the kids thought.
G. So this dog is trying to get that other dog in the car look, but he’s got run over by this red car that the dog’s in.
C. The book’s about a dog in a car, always likes to drive and he’s run away from home.
Which, is probably what would happen if Hollywood ever got their hands on it.
